Ductile Iron Fittings
We manufacture ductile iron fittings with the adoption of the Lost-Form techniques. The D.I fittings are made according to EN545-2010, EN598-2007 and ISO2531-2009 standard, pushed on "T" joints, "K" joints, and PN10, PN16, PN25 flange joints, with the standards of DN80-DN1600. Inside, we have cement lining, which differs into Portland cement or high alumina cement.It complies with the standard ISO4179 . Metallic Zinc can be made upon the client requirement, usually 200g/㎡in thickness, complying with the standard ISO8179. The bitumen sprayed outside is usually ≥70um. And we also provide epoxy resin and polyurethane coating inside and outside, whose thicknesses is determined upon our clients'request.
Our fittings are suitable for Xinxing pipes, Saint-Gobin pipes, Suns pipes, Yongtong pipes as an integrity. We also supply OEM and ODM services for our clients. We have exports businesses in Spain, Italy, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Sri Lanka and Algeria etc.
