We manufacture ductile cast iron manhole covers, using static pressure line  casting process. My factory has 200 workers, produces 70 tons of manhole covers every day. We have our own blast furnace, therefore,No the secondary melting molten iron water,So we can supply good price for our celient. At present, our annual production of 200000 tons pig iron by hot blast furnace, a 3 tons of electric furnace 2 sets, tensile test, pressure test, Optical Spectrum Analyzer and other testing equipment complete. D.I manhole covers are made  according to BSEN124 standard. We have carried out export businesses to Turkey,Singapore, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Dubai etc.

D400	400KN	Road pavements and related curbs, parking zones for all vehicle types.
E600	600KN	Zones for circulation of all types of vehicles of heavy tonnage, e.g. pavements of airports, seaports, etc.
F900	900KN	Zones subjected to specially heavy loads,such as pavements of airports or others.
